Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. All jerseys are covered by our quality guarantee for 90 days from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects (stitching, printing, fabric flaws)
• Colour fading under normal washing conditions
• Structural defects that affect the intended use of the product

What Is Not Covered

• Damage caused by improper washing (hot water, tumble drying, bleach)
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Damage caused by alterations or modifications

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact us at warranty@mystore.com within 90 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos.
3. We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
4. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
