We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we have made the process as simple as possible.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Personalised or customised items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at returns@mystore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, we are happy to arrange a free exchange. Just let us know when you contact us.
