Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at support@mystore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised or customised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it at no extra cost.
